The CBS110 is Cisco’s unmanaged business switch: plug it in and it works, with no configuration. This model adds Power over Ethernet on part of its ports, so devices like VoIP phones, Wi-Fi access points and security cameras can get data and power from one cable.

Add up the wattage of the PoE devices you plan to connect and compare it with the switch’s PoE budget before ordering. If you need VLANs or traffic monitoring, look at a smart switch such as the CBS220 instead.
