Thank you for shopping at BMG Technology Solutions. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure our customers are satisfied. Please read our full policy below before requesting a return or refund.
Refund & Return Eligibility
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must be a verified buyer (i.e., purchased directly from bmg-ts.com).
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return, email us at support@bmg-ts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once verified, we will provide you with the return instructions and a return address. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to post).
- Then contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bmg-ts.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email support@bmg-ts.com within the 15-day return period.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
