Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy covers purchases within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use
  • The item is missing parts, damaged, or otherwise altered (when not due to our error)
  • The return is received more than 15 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange request, email us at support@bmg-ts.com.

Shipping Returns

To return an item, please contact us for instructions at support@bmg-ts.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
