📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if your order is expected to be delayed significantly.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and trusted fulfillment providers to ship our products. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

🌍 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply.

🌐 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

❗ Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bmg-ts.com so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
